Oona is a multi-lingual professional who has worked globally in diverse industries including agribusiness, manufacturing & services, and finance. She is experienced in negotiating with domestic and international stakeholders to execute cross-border transactions and in managing cross-border teams whilst developing client and investor relationships.

Oona was a Principal Banker with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London and Zagreb where she negotiated and executed multi-million euro cross-border banking transactions with large corporates and SMEs in various sectors throughout the countries of the former Soviet Union. Oona also socialises puppies for the Croatian Association for Guide Dog Training and Mobility (www.psivodici.hr). Often a puppy will attend certain BBCC events to the delight of participants.
